What a wonderful experience, Clara explained everything very thoroughly and in-depth, then did a demonstration with two of the people who had been through the process before. I attended this session out of curiosity, only having watched the video and my mind was blown away. Clara was an amazing facilitator, very knowledgeable and she had a very calming way about her. I felt like the energy was moving me with no will involved and all I could do was follow it. Its too early to tell what changes it has brought but I definitely feel different. I look forward to attending more sessions in the future. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience! I was open but sceptical going into the class yet truly felt the power and awakening of kundalini. Excited for my future working with this energy.

Clara's warmth and enthusiasm was welcoming on arrival, then she gave a brief talk and demonstration of what to expect. Laying on the mat I felt no movement as others felt but a growing feeling of my body being cocooned in light. The centres of my hands and feet tingled as the feeling that I could only describe as love intensified throughout my whole body. Also with eyes closed my vision was filled with an almost aurora borealis of intense colour washes - which was truly beautiful. I am in my 60's and after one session felt a strong change of coming into balance with myself. Changing my diet and focusing more in constructive areas of my life has been very beneficial. After my recent second session I feel a greater sense of calm in body and mind and am so glad that I discovered KAP.

The experience felt like an internal massage, soothing, nourishing and felt the energy releasing and moving. I was very tired, exhausted so had very little resistance to receive. It was just what I needed and wanted. I never received much love and was emotionally neglected as a child, growing up and was always looking for it on the outside. So this experience was wonderful and the music was amazing. Looking forward to the next one. Thank you so much
